Belief Code

What is Belief Code?

The Belief Code can be used as a stand alone method or an add on to a Body Code session. This modality allows the practitioner to "tap into the subconscious mind in order to identify and release unwanted beliefs, reverse or replace negative systems of thought, and create space for new empowering beliefs!"

Our challenges often arise when our deep-rooted subconscious beliefs do not align with our conscious beliefs. Our conscious mind might be very clear about the things we want to believe. We might have a lot of clarity around what beliefs will help us to be successful in our day to day endeavors, but if the subconscious mind holds old programming from negative self talk, negative statements from parents, teachers, siblings, bosses, peers etc, we often find it difficult to achieve the hopes and dreams we have for the path our lives will travel.

For example, we might be working on feeling safe. Every day, we may take the time to repeat the affirmation, "I am safe.” We visualize it, and we set that intention, because that’s what we want to believe. However, when we start to explore our negative subconscious statements during a Belief Code session, we might find that it’s hard to accept the idea, because we have deep-rooted negative beliefs from different life experiences that have rocked our sense of safety. Even if we repeat the positive affirmations and arrange our lives to promote feelings of safety, these negative subconscious beliefs can make it extremely challenging to feel safe on a foundational level.

The Belief Code offers us a way to uproot and identify these subconscious belief systems, and to install positive statements that allow us to align our conscious and subconscious beliefs. With these alignments in place, making changes to our current reality becomes easier, and we become more successful at achieving the lives we desire.
